Overview
salesupto.com (or "we", "us" or "our") hosts and operates an e-commerce ecosystem (the "Platform") through a network of innovative shopping apps, websites and digital platforms, including salesupto.com and other sites we may add, e.g., fave.ly (individually, a "Site" and collectively, the "Sites"). Among other things, we help (a) social media influencers and creators ("Influencers") connect and collaborate with brands, advertisers and marketing agencies ("Brands") to create content ("Content") for sponsored marketing campaigns ("Campaign"), and (b) Brands create and run Campaigns by connecting and collaborating with Influencers to create Content for their Campaigns.
We sometimes refer to those who use or access our Platform or Services as "Users", and "your" or "you", as the context may require. If you access the Platform or use the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that legal entity and, in such event, "your" or "you" means that legal entity.

Privacy notice
This Privacy Policy applies to all of our Sites, mobile applications and the services offered through those Sites and mobile applications, including online referral services, information resources, product information, social networking services, shopping features, coupons, reviews, ratings, forums, and email services (collectively, the “Services”).

Information you provide to us

Information collected via technology
Information collected by our servers
To make our Site and Service more useful, our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) collect information such as browser type, operating system, IP address, domain name, and date/time stamps.
Log files
We gather information automatically and store it in log files (IP addresses, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, clickstream data) to analyze trends, administer the Site, and tailor experiences. We do not link this automatically collected data to Personal Data, except as noted.
Cookies
Like many online services, we use Cookies—both session Cookies and persistent Cookies—to provide a more personal and interactive user experience.
Pixel tags
We use Pixel Tags (clear GIFs, web beacons, or web bugs) to track online movements and email engagement. Pixel Tags allow us to send readable email messages and understand which emails have been opened. We do not tie information gathered by Pixel Tags to Personal Data.
Links
We track how you interact with links across our Site and Service (including email notifications and third-party services) to improve relevance and share aggregate click statistics.
Affiliated sites
We offer some Services in connection with other third parties, and Personal Information you provide to those parties may be sent to salesupto.com to deliver the Service. Their privacy practices may differ, so review their policies before sharing information.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze usage trends. Google collects data via Cookies but does not combine it with personally identifying information. Their use of the data is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.
Information collected from you and others
Creating an account and profile information
To use certain features you may need to provide name, username, password, email, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, gender, age verification, and country of residence. Optional profile details (bio, location, picture) may be public on the Site.
When you send email communications
Your email address, messages, and contents can be collected, stored, and used to communicate with you, respond to requests, or share information about the Service. We may keep a record of communications.
Information collected from third party companies

Creation of anonymous data

Corporate restructuring

Your choices regarding information
Email communications

De-linking SNS
To de-link an SNS account (e.g., Facebook), contact us at [email protected]. Refer to the SNS privacy settings for managing permissions and interactivity.
Changing or deleting your personal data
You may change Personal Data by editing your Account profile. You may request deletion, though we may be required to retain certain information. Deleted information may remain in archives, and we may retain data for fraud or similar purposes.
Copyright infringement / DMCA notice
If you are a copyright owner or agent believing that content infringes your rights, submit a notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) with the following:

Our policy toward children
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) protects children under thirteen. Our Service is not intended for individuals under thirteen. Security of your personal data

We require a password to access Account information. Do not disclose your password to unauthorized people.
